WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These warranty terms determine the warranty rights and conditions regarding all fireplaces and accessories provided by Bursa Şömine.
1. Warranty Period
Products purchased from Bursa Şömine are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty starting from the invoice date.
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions:
Manufacturing defects and structural flaws,
Free repair or replacement of defective components encountered during normal operation of electric fireplaces.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are excluded from the warranty coverage:
Defects caused by user error, improper installation, incorrect voltage usage, or lack of maintenance,
Attempts to repair the product by unauthorized services or personal interventions invalidate the warranty,
Damages caused by external factors such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, or electrical surges,
Aesthetic damages on outer surfaces (scratches, discoloration, glass breakage, etc.).
4. Repairs Within Warranty Period
During the warranty period, parts or products identified as defective will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new product if unrepairable.
5. Warranty Certificate and Invoice
The warranty certificate and purchase invoice provided with the product are required to benefit from warranty services. In case of a lost certificate, transactions can be carried out using your invoice.
6. Out-of-Warranty Services
After the warranty period expires, technical service and spare parts requests are provided on a fee basis.
7. Product Return and Replacement Under Warranty
If a product is defective due to manufacturing flaws, returns or exact replacements can be conducted subject to approval by Bursa Şömine.
