1. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER electronically from the website www.bursasomine.com of the SELLER.

2. CONTRACTED PRODUCT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sale price, and payment method of the product(s) are as specified on www.bursasomine.com and in the order confirmation.

3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Delivery will be made via courier to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form. The average delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days depending on stock and logistics conditions.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notification must be submitted in writing or via email to the SELLER's contact details above.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Customized products manufactured specifically upon consumer request,
Products that have been installed, used, or whose original packaging is damaged.

5. RETURN CONDITIONS

Products returned within the right of withdrawal must be delivered in their original packaging, complete and unused. Return shipping fee belongs to the BUYER. Product fee will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days after reaching the SELLER.

6. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Consumers may seek solutions by applying to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. The authorized body is the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence.

7. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order via www.bursasomine.com, the BUYER declares to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. This contract enters into force upon electronic approval.
