RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bursa Şömine, we prioritize customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can easily proceed with a return or exchange under the terms specified below.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You can return your products within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns or exchanges can be made as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
For electric fireplaces and heater products, only defective products can be returned. In case of technical or functional issues, you can easily carry out the necessary procedures under warranty.
2. Terms for Return and Exchange
The product must be in its original box, protective packaging, and complete.
There must be no damage, signs of use, scratches, or missing components.
When returning the product, you must send it along with the sales invoice and return request form.
3. Return and Exchange Steps
Return Request: If you wish to return a product, you can contact us via bursasomine@hotmail.com. Simply submit your request to our customer service.
Exchange Request: If you want to exchange your product for a different model, suitable alternative products will be suggested based on stock availability after contacting customer service.
Product Shipment: You must ship the product to our specified address. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer. Once the product reaches our address, your procedure will be completed promptly.
4. Important Notes on Return & Exchange
Payment Refund: Once the product is received and approved, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method (credit/debit card).
Price Differences: During exchanges, if the price of the newly selected item differs, the price difference may be requested or refunded accordingly.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
If the product has been used, installed, or physically damaged,
If the original packaging is damaged and the item loses its resalable condition,
Custom-made or customized products manufactured upon customer request cannot be returned.
6. Warranty Reminder
Our electric fireplaces are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty starting from the invoice date. Technical issues encountered during this period will be repaired free of charge by Bursa Şömine authorized service.
